We're not a TPA, and we're not a factoring company. AGA operates on an Assignment of Claims model which changes everything about how you get paid. We don't chase the insurer on your behalf. We're the party they answer to.
Once you submit, the insurer's dispute is with AGA, not with you.
Most companies in this space act as intermediaries. They process claims on your behalf, help you follow up with insurers, or advance money against what they hope the insurer will pay. In every one of those models, you're still the claimant. The insurer still sees you as the party they owe. The fight is still ultimately yours.
AGA works differently. When your customer signs an Assignment of claim, they transfer their post-loss claim rights directly to AGA. AGA steps in as the legal claimant on that job. We pursue the insurer as the rightful owner of the claim, not as your representative.
That means the insurer's dispute is with AGA, not with you. Their short pay is AGA's risk, not yours to absorb, not yours. Their timeline is AGA's problem to manage, not yours. you are paid the full invoice amount in 3-5 days and entirely out of the conversation.
You remain the claimant. The TPA assists you, but disputes, short pays, and delays are still your exposure.
AGA owns the claim outright. Your exposure ends when you get paid. AGA takes on all insurer risk from that point.
You take a percentage advance. If the insurer does not pay in full, you often bear the recourse risk.

The assignment of claim form is the mechanism. The customer transfers their post-loss claim rights to AGA. Here is exactly what that means for you, the customer, and the insurer.
AGA is not an insurance company, a public adjuster, or a third-party administrator. We don't sell coverage, represent you to your insurer, or process claims on your behalf. AGA is a claims-funding and recovery company: when your customer assigns their claim to us, we become its legal owner and pursue the insurer in our own right. This distinction is what lets us pay you directly and take the insurer dispute off your hands, and it's why your involvement ends the moment you submit.
The AOC model draws a hard line at step three. Before that step, you and the customer are involved. After it, only AGA and the insurer remain.
Before the work begins, your customer signs the Assignment of Claim form, transferring their post-loss claim rights for this specific job to AGA. Their policy, coverage, and insurer relationship are unchanged.
