AGA works with independent shops doing insurance-backed full windshield replacements. If that describes your operation, you likely qualify.
Eligibility Criteria
What We Look
at on Each Job.
Eligibility is evaluated at the job level, not at the shop level. You may submit some jobs that qualify and some that do not. Each submission is reviewed individually.
Full Windshield Replacement Only
The job must be a complete windshield replacement. Chip repairs, crack repairs, and partial replacements are not eligible under the current AOC model.
Chip repair is not eligible
Customer Has Comprehensive Auto Insurance
The customer’s policy must include comprehensive coverage. Liability-only policies, collision-only coverage, and uninsured motorist policies do not cover windshield replacement under the AOC model.

Job Priced at NAGS Standard Rates
The invoice must be priced within NAGS (National Auto Glass Specifications) standard rate guidelines. Pricing outside NAGS benchmarks creates eligibility issues with the insurer claim and may affect AGA’s ability to accept the assignment.

Shop Operates in a Qualifying State
AGA currently operates in 44 or more states where assignment of benefits on auto glass claims is legally permitted. A small number of states have restrictions or prohibitions on AOC arrangements.

No Preferred Provider or Network Agreement
You must not have a current exclusive preferred provider agreement that prohibits third-party claim assignment on jobs covered by that network. Standard independent operation without network exclusivity qualifies.
