What the form does
The Assignment of Claim form transfers the customer’s post-loss claim rights for one specific windshield job to Auto Glass Advocates. The customer’s insurance policy, coverage, and relationship with their insurer are unchanged.
What stays with the customer
The customer remains responsible for their deductible, which is paid to the shop as on any insurance job. The customer keeps their choice of shop and any future repair decisions.
